Started in 2003, Ikon Moulders Pvt. Ltd manufactures plastic moulded components & assemblies for a variety of industries. Ikon has a range of micro-processor based Plastic Injection Moulding machines and produces high precision components with consistent quality.

Ikon supplies components and sub-assemblies to customers across industries including electrical & electronics, automobiles, consumer goods, hardware etc. We have a proactive approach towards the requirements of the customer and offer end-to-end solutions including design, development, moulding, printing, decorating and assembling.

Main process of Injection Moulding. Capacity management tools effectively use the full range of 25 machines starting from 10T to 260T presses in two locations. Job card control for order management, Work Orders for maintenance, Batch coding for Traceability, Visual management for FIFO create robust and reliable production planning & control. Continuous improvements in process control along with automation using mold design improvements and sprue pickers maintain consistency.

Special Treatment

Special processes to decorate the parts by various printing systems like Pad Printing, Laser marking, Screen printing or Spray painting take part to next level of aesthetics and usefulness. Assembly systems like pneumatic presses, ultra sonic welding, kit packing, sub-assembly, full assembly etc help value addition and ownership in Ikon while giving a tension free sourcing to customers
