Injection
Moulding

It is a fast process and is used to produce large numbers of identical items ranging from high precision engineering components to disposable consumer goods.

Mould Development

Our skilled Mold team with inhouse toolroom maintain the complex, hi-tech and high precision molds running in our 2 factories.

Thermoset Injection Moulding

In thermoset injection molding, cold material is injected into an extremely hot mold in a manner that the part is cured and can never be melted again.

Compression Moulding

Compression Moulding is a method of moulding in which the moulding material, generally preheated, is first placed in an open, heated mould cavity

Plastic Injection Moulds

In Plastic Injection Moulds, is shaped to a desired shape. At times, other materials may be mixed to make the more flexible, resistant to UV light and tougher.

Ikon has developed special capabilities in processing high temperature engineering polymers in small size critical parts.

Pneumatic
Press

We have small pneumatically operated simple presses for riveting, punching, serration, joining etc. using small fixtures. This department helps in combining parts into kits for inventory reduction at customer end

Insert Moulding

Insert Moulding combines metals and plastics or multiple combinations of materials and components into a single unit

Pad Printing

The pad printing process is versatile and allows us to print on parts irrespective of their shape – e.g. concave, convex, curved parts

Hot Foil Stamping

The foils process enables us to print an ultra luxury and long lasting printing on plastic parts eg Knobs, Switches, Rubix cubes (photo Rubix cube)
